The Blue Door Decorating Campaign is a great opportunity for your Club to illustrate your Boys & Girls Club Spirit! To enter the Campaign for a chance to win a $5,000 Lowe's gift card, complete the Official Entry Form, and submit it along with a photo of your decorated Club door by Monday, February 16, 2015, 11:59 p.m. PST. Up to six (6) Finalists will be selected and posted on BGCA.org/BGCWeek no later than Monday, March 16, 2015. Clubs and the general public will be invited to vote for their favorite entry until NOON EST (9 a.m. PST), Friday, March 27, 2015. The winner will be notified on Friday, March 27, 2015 by 5:00 p.m. EST (2:00 p.m. PST)

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and win, each entrant must be a local Boys & Girls Club ("Club"), represented by an individual who (1) is 18 years of age or older; (2) has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence; (3) is a legal resident of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia); and (4) an employee or volunteer of the Club that he or she is representing. Entrants agree and acknowledge that they are entering in representation of the Club where they volunteer or are employed ("Entrant Club"), and should their entry ultimately be the winner, the prize is for the benefit of the Entrant Club, not for the entrant as an individual. Void where prohibited by law. Campaign is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Blue Door Decorating Campaign (the "Campaign"), visit BGCA.org/DoorCampaign between 7:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on January 14, 2015 and 11:59 p.m. PST on February 16, 2015 (the "Campaign Period"); and complete the Official Entry Form including uploading one (1) digital photograph of your Club's decorated door. The photograph submitted must be of an original decorated door created only by the entrant listed on the Official Entry Form. Only one door should be decorated inside the Club. The dominant color of the decorated door must be blue. The decorated door must illustrate the room in your Boys & Girls Club where Great Futures start. Door handles MUST remain visible and operational. Door decorations may not cover any windows in the door, impede the usage of the door or pose a safety hazard. Decorations must not present a fire hazard. Entry photos must be clear and in focus. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 16, 2015. Limit one (1) entry per Club during the Campaign Period. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void and Sponsor may disqualify those involved. The Released Parties and each of their respective agencies, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and their promotional partners, sales representatives, distributors directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, and successors-in-interest and any advertising, promotion or other vendor agencies involved in this Campaign are NOT responsible for any lost, late, delayed or misdirected entries, or the marketing or fulfillment of the Campaign.
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA FOR ENTRY: Entry must be entrant's original creation and may not include copyrighted, trademarked, patented or previously published material. Entry requiring license or usage rights from any third party is not eligible. The digital photograph submitted as part of Campaign ("Photograph Submission") entry may not include any individuals or display or include any trademarked, copyrighted, proprietary and/or brand names, logos, images or objects for which entrant does not have rights. Use your toolbar to obscure any visible logos, brand names or other brand-specific features on the materials in the photograph of your decorated door. Photographs that show or disclose brand names or individuals are not eligible. Photograph submissions cannot defame or invade the rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any third party's personal, proprietary or intellectual rights. Photograph submission must be consistent with Sponsor's brand reputation in the marketplace and must be suitable for audiences of all ages. Entrants agree that Photograph Submission shall not contain, include, or involve any of the following: obscenity, crude, vulgar or offensive pictures, depictions, images, language and/or symbols; gang signs or symbols; violence, explicit sexual activity; nudity; illegal drug or alcohol use; commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements; unauthorized trademarks and copyrighted material (e.g., music, fake Oscar statuettes, etc.); license plates, phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email or otherwise); website or web page links; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups or humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), any assault or threatening of others; trespass or the violation of other people's rights or property; illegal (e.g., discriminatory, harassing) or inappropriate activity, behavior or conduct (e.g., inflicting emotional distress). Conduct or activities in violation of these Official Rules, or any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and are subject to disqualification. Photograph Submission must include ONLY the entrant's decorated door; no individuals/people allowed. Entries will be screened prior to posting and those that do not meet the stated criteria above, or entries that (in Sponsor's sole discretion) may technically meet the stated criteria but do not reflect the intent and the spirit of the provisions related to participation, are not eligible and will be disqualified without notification by Sponsor to the entrant. Photograph must be in digital format. Only email entries will be eligible. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Campaign. Any photograph submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.
DETERMINATION OF FINALISTS: Up to six (6) Finalists will be chosen from among all eligible entries received on or before February 16, 2015 by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating the Campaign are final. Finalist entries will be screened prior to Grand Prize Judging and those that do not meet the stated criteria above in the "How To Enter" and "Additional Criteria for Entry" in Sponsor's sole discretion are not eligible and will be disqualified without notification by Sponsor to the entrant. Finalists will be judged based on creativity, design, and use of the theme "Our Great Futures start in the _______ room". However, at Sponsor's discretion, Sponsor may select Finalists using some other means. Finalists will be notified via email on March 9, 2015. Finalists must confirm their continued participation in the Campaign within 48 hours of notification or be disqualified. In the event a Finalist(s) is disqualified, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may select an alternate Finalist(s). Each Finalist will receive a Great Futures Start Here Gift Pack; which includes a 24 x 11.6 blue door wall graphic, 3 x 6 banner, and balloons.
GRAND PRIZE JUDGING CRITERIA AND DETERMINATION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Finalists' entries will be posted online at www.greatfutures.org/bgcweek beginning on March 16, 2015. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from among the Finalists. The general public will be invited to vote for their favorite entry based on each entry's creativity, design, and use of the theme, "Our Great Futures start in the _______ room". Anyone able to access the Internet is eligible to vote for their favorite entry. Voting begins on March 16, 2015 and ends at NOON EST (9 a.m. PST), Friday, March 27, 2015. (the "Voting Period").Voters may review the entries and cast their votes by visiting greatfutures.org/bgcweek. Voters may vote for the entry of their choice several times a day during the Voting Period ("Voters"). However, the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw votes from an entry when the appearance of "gaming" the system has occurred.
The Finalist with the most votes will be determined as the potential Grand Prize winner. Any entry may be eliminated, regardless of the number of votes it receives, in Sponsor's sole discretion (i) if it is not consistent with Sponsor's brand reputation in the marketplace, including its reputation for quality and integrity, (ii) if it does not reflect the goals of the Campaign, (iii) if the language or imagery of the Submission is not suitable for all ages, (iv) or if the entry is so deficient in content or execution as to be unclear or inappropriate. In the event of ties in vote totals among potential Finalists, Sponsor will revisit the tied entries and choose as the potential Grand Prize winner, the entry that best reflects all criteria as a whole. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone, e-mail, and/or mail on or about March 27, 2015. Final designation as a Grand Prize winner depends on verification of eligibility as determined by Sponsor. Return of any Grand Prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time period will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) $5,000 Lowe's® Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $5,000. Gift card subject to terms and conditions contained on gift card and may not be used on prior purchases or used to pay on a Lowe's credit account. Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. Grand Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Certain conditions and restrictions apply. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to any prize, and other expenses incurred by accepting the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF PRIZES TO BE AWARDED DURING THE CAMPAIGN PERIOD IS $5,000.

ONLINE REGISTRATION: This Campaign is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Campaign if you are not located in and a resident of the United States of America. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Campaign is prohibited. If for any reason, the computerized entry portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor and/or its affiliates which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Campaign, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The Authorized Account Holder is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
BY ENTERING OR VOTING FOR AN ENTRY, AS APPLICABLE, entrants and voters agree to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Campaign. Entrants further acknowledges that Photograph Submission may be shared by others, including by way of illustration, not limitation, visitors to the BGCA webpage without any additional permission or consent of entrant. All decisions by Sponsor regarding this Campaign are final. By entering, entrant agrees to be notified by e-mail, mail, or phone provided on the entrant's Official Entry Form by Sponsor for the purposes of the administration of this Campaign. By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrant agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, Lowe's Home Centers, LLC., Valspar (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, subsidiaries, service agencies, independent contractors, and all of the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of the above organizations from any and all injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property, due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in the Campaign and any related activity. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates are responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Campaign, or in the announcement of prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Campaign, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Campaign is undermined by any event including, but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or by other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign without further obligation. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Campaign as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of BGCA and will not be returned. Lowe's and its affiliates will have the perpetual royalty free right to use, assign, license, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display all submissions, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for Campaign or marketing purposes, without providing any additional compensation, consideration, or notification to any entrant. By submitting an entry, you are certifying that you have obtained all necessary releases from the members to use related works.

I acknowledge further that Lowe's Home Centers, LLC. and its affiliates ("Lowe's") will have the perpetual royalty free right to use, assign, license, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display my Club's submission, including the underlying decorated door or idea itself, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for Campaign or marketing purposes, without providing any additional compensation, consideration, or notification to me or my Club.
