Jack Stahl joined the Board of Governors of Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2004, and became Chairman in January of 2015. In this role, he serves as the chief volunteer officer for a federated network of more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs that serve some 4 million young people annually in all 50 states, in large cities and small towns, in public housing and on Native lands, and on U.S. military installations across the globe. More than 50,000 professional staff members operate the Clubs, supported by some 285,000 board and program volunteers.
Jack is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company and CEO of Revlon. His career at The Coca-Cola Company ran from 1979-2001. After serving as Chief Financial Officer, Jack led the Company's business in the United States and Latin America. He then served as The Coca-Cola Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. After leaving Coca-Cola, Jack was President and CEO of Revlon, from 2002-2006.
Jack is on the boards of Coty Inc., a global beauty care company, Delhaize Group, a global grocery retailer, Catalent, a pharmaceutical services company, and Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC. Jack is a senior advisor to CVC Capital, a global private equity firm. He is also past chairman of UNCF (The United Negro College Fund). He previously served on the board of Saks, Inc., Schering-Plough, and Dr Pepper Snapple Group.
Jack has written a book, "Lessons on Leadership: The 7 Fundamental Management Skills for Leaders at All Levels".
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University and a master’s degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
