Kofi Sarkodie-Mensah, also known as Kofi Kingston, a native of Ghana and graduate of Boston College, entered WWE with one goal in mind: to become a champion. He is the first African-born world champion in WWE history and one third of The New Day faction with WWE Superstars Xavier Woods and Big E. Outside of the ring, Kofi supports healthy youth development through the Be A STAR bullying prevention program, led by WWE and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Kofi and Xavier are the first WWE tag team to be inducted into Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Alumni Hall of Fame.
