Senior Vice President, Organizational Development
Misty Miller is the senior vice president of organizational development for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, one of the largest youth-serving nonprofits with nearly 5,000 locations serving more than 3.6 million kids and teens annually. In this role, she is a senior advisor and consultant for Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide, while leading a team of more than 60 executives focused on helping Clubs deepen impact for kids, families and communities.
For nearly two decades Misty has dedicated her career to Boys & Girls Clubs, including past roles as director of operations, director of resource development and president and CEO for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain in eastern North Carolina. Misty is also involved in a variety of continuing education programs, including Leadership Summit, a highly selective 12-month educational program for CEOs of high-performing Boys & Girls Club organizations designed by Harvard Business School and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Prior to her time with Boys & Girls Clubs, she served as a nonprofit consultant, advising organizations on complex projects, capital and annual fundraising campaigns and board development.
Misty is a proud alumna of East Carolina University and serves on the Board of Directors for the ECU Foundation. Misty lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
