Dell Technologies

Driving equity for the workforce of the future by addressing the digital divide and supporting programs, tools and resources that inspire youth to explore their passions and build the skills for success.

Building a Future Workforce

Like Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), Dell Technologies is committed to building a future workforce that champions racial equity and celebrates unique perspectives—and it all begins with ensuring young people have access to resources and experiences that build critical skills for life after high school graduation. Many of the future careers that will be available to young people will be in STEM fields. Through our partnership, BGCA and Dell are working to ensure young people have career exposure and the STEM and technical competencies for success.

Dell’s investment enhances career exploration, workforce readiness and essential skill development through new digital tools on MyFuture, BGCA’s digital youth engagement platform available to all young people. With a focus on STEM education, the Dell-supported enhancements will help build a robust, diverse pipeline of STEM-ready talent and ensure people of all backgrounds are represented in the workplace.

Dell’s commitment to bridging the digital divide.

Young people, Clubs and communities across the country face many challenges to digital access. When communities, Clubs and young people are properly equipped, young people can build essential skills and fully explore their career options. Through a generous in-kind product donation of laptops to our Clubs across the country, more kids and teens have access to technology to adequately build their skills, as well as to critical digital content and workforce readiness programs.
