The Rachael Ray Foundation and The Yum-o! Organization (Yum-o!) understand the importance of empowering youth and families to develop healthy relationships with food and cooking.
Since 2021, The Rachael Ray Foundation and Yum-o! have provided funding toward Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Healthy Habits programming. Designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning into every part of the Club Experience, Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity, and improving overall well-being.
The Q5id Guardian app and community are committed to bringing missing youth home safely, thus ensuring a bright future full of opportunity. Q5id Guardian will not only help protect the youth who rely on the Clubs but will also work with BGCA to develop a safety leadership training program. This program will equip Club leadership with the necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate the best, safest Club experience. The goal of this program is to help Club leaders and mentors expand their safety management skills by implementing a model that enables them to address real-life challenges through transformational approaches.
Partnership will enhance Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s commitment to a culture of safety in Clubs and the communities they serve. Read more →
The Rachael Ray Foundation™ (RRF) is a private foundation that is fully funded by the proceeds from the sale of Rachael Ray™ Nutrish®. RRF was launched by Rachael in 2016 to better support the causes she cares for most such as supporting our youth.
Additionally, RRF works with organizations that support the mission of Yum-o!. Yum-o! empowers kids, their families, and caretakers, to develop healthy relationships with food and cooking. It also teaches families to cook, address food insecurity, and funds cooking education, among other initiatives.
RRF also makes funds available for emergency situations and natural disasters where help is needed urgently and swiftly, such as hurricanes, fires, and floods – as well as other causes that Rachael cares about.
Through partnering with Samsung, we expanded access to the DIY STEM program and developed the Climate Superstars Challenge. The DIY STEM program serves as the entry-point for all members' STEM learning experience at Clubs and provides youth exposure to STEM through five modules: Energy and Electricity, Engineering Design, Food Chemistry, Aeronautics and the Science of Sports: Football. Climate Superstars aims to encourage youth to raise awareness about climate change and motivate them to take actions that help protect the environment.
Samsung's partnership enables interactive, hands-on learning while providing students with new perspectives on STEM careers and access to the latest technology. In addition, our partnership with Samsung goes beyond our programs and includes cause marketing initiatives that help promote awareness and drive donations for the organization. Through exclusive access to unique experiences such as the Las Vegas Galaxy Studio pop-up with singer Kelly Rowland and music producer and artist DJ Marshmello and a Winter Wonderland video production featuring YouTube star Casey Neistat, Samsung helps expand their understanding of STEM and encourages them to be the next generation of creators and innovators.
