“The love and support that I have received from my Club, whether I wanted it or not, has given me the courage to create my own destiny.”
Every young person, like Arianna, deserves a safe, positive environment in which to learn and grow.
At age 10, Arianna was introduced to the welcoming, fun-filled environment of her BGCA-affiliated Youth Center, a place where she felt accepted and made lifelong friendships.
Youth Center staff helped Arianna develop into a leader and mentor. Through the Keystone Club teen leadership program, she found confidence to apply to serve on her school’s student council. Arianna is Captain Inspector General in the Air Force JROTC and an avid volunteer whose causes include providing dinner to people who are homeless and spending time with cancer patients at a local hospital.
Arianna is an advocate for foster care youth, a system she experienced firsthand when she was younger, and hopes to start a support group for foster children. She is a freshman at Rose State College and plans to go into law enforcement.
